ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I place an order ?

STEP 1 : You can search for your items by category, product description or SKU ( Product ID ). 

STEP 2 : Add items to your shopping cart.
You’ll then receive a notification confirming that the item has been added to your cart.

You can select ‘SHOPPING CART’. From here, you will be able to review items currently in your cart.

STEP 3 : When you’re done shopping and ready to checkout, 
select Cart at the top right corner of the page, then select Checkout or select another Payment Methods for Express Checkout.

STEP 4 : Select shipping address and delivery method.

* Please enter foreign shipping address in English to avoid invalid character updates and errors.

STEP 5 : Fill in payment info, review and confirm order.

Please double check your order Info :
Contact E-mail / Delivery Address /
Recipient Name / Contact Number ,
before clicking "confirm " Your credit card / Payment Methods is charged when the order is placed.

* If you are shipping to a different address than your credit card billing address, you may be contacted to verify order. 

STEP 6 : After completing your purchase, 
you’ll receive an order e-mail with your order number.
* If have a about inventory or import request, you may be contacted to verify order.
* Orders generally taken 2-3 days longer than normal processing time to ship due to different compliance requirements.

STEP 7 : Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link to track the shipment of your order online.

 

Completing Your Purchase & Checking Out

All prices shown on our website are depend your local currency.
When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order.
All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout.
If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag.
During checkout, you will be asked to provide :

  • Your e-mail address and password.
  • The address you want to ship to.
  • Your preferred shipping method.
  • Your preferred payment method.
  • Any coupon codes you have received.
    ＊To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure the address you've entered is correct.

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Checkout". You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. 
We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Out Of Stock Items

" SOLD OUT " means the item is temporarily out of stock. Once the item is re-stocked,
it will be available for purchase again. If you don't want to miss the item, you can contact with us , when the item comes back in stock ,
Our crew will be notify you when the item back in stock.

 

TAC-CAT Coupon Codes

If you have a coupon code, you can enter it in the "Discount Code" field on the checkout page. You may only use one coupon code for each order. You cannot retroactively apply a coupon code to your order after you have completed the checkout.

Import Taxes

For European or other loaction customers, 
you are responsible for all the customs and import duties and taxes.  If you refuse to pay import tax after the package arrives in your country, the package may be refused entry or returned to us.  In this case, we reserve the right not to refund your order due to the extra costs incurred by your refusal to pay taxes on your own order.  Please ensure that you are willing to pay import taxes charged by your government before ordering.
